Sticky friends
Do you have sticky friends?
Sticky friends tend to hang around for years.
You can’t make new old friends.
A true friend has been described as someone who walks in when the rest of the world walks out.
Who is still with you?
Who used you and walked away?
Even Jesus was betrayed.
Should we expect anything less?
Take an inventory? If you found yourself in jail at 2 A.M., for doing something stupid, who would be the first person you would call. That person my friend is a true friend.
The words of Solomon ring true, “There is a friend who sticks closer than a brother.”
